I loved how close we were to the Leisure Center Poiana Brasov, perfect for some outdoor activities, and the nearby Black Church offered a fascinating glimpse into the area's history. I felt like I was exploring a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The hotel is definitely family-friendly, with a great atmosphere despite its size.

The two-bedroom executive apartment offered a spacious layout with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large balcony overlooking the tranquil forest, which was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast featured a wide variety of options, and dining at the hotel restaurant was an enjoyable, leisurely experience, although we had to be patient for our meals. While the outdoor pool was smaller than expected, the indoor pool was much more inviting. The staff was attentive, enhancing our overall experience, but the vacuuming in the early morning was disruptive.

I enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from my room. the scenery was breathtaking every morning. The swimming pool area was well-designed, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Breakfast offered a great selection of tasty options, ensuring I had plenty of energy for the slopes. However, the air conditioning was inadequate. the room felt stuffy, especially with temperatures reaching 27 degrees. My room could have used a deeper clean, as I noticed dust on the furniture. The check-in process took longer than expected, too. I had to wait around for my room. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, while the resort had fantastic amenities, the issues with the temperature control and service consistency detracted from the stay.

I had a great time at Alpin Resort in Poiana Brasov! The spa area impressed me, especially the children's pool, perfect after a day on the slopes. While the hotel felt crowded at times, overall, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and beautiful mountain views from my room.

The hotel ambiance was charming, and the spa services were exceptional, truly enhancing our stay. However, the noise from the nearby nightclub was disruptive, making relaxation difficult. Staff could improve on the warmth of their service, and some rooms might need better sound insulation.
